DQ ISSUE - Delete Of Credit Entry On DEDBTTOT (Doc ID 2757804.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While deleting a credit entry that has generated an amount block for DQ active, the system does not update correctly the STTM_ACCOUNT_BALANCE_CLUSTER table.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
On delete action, the system should update correctly the STTM_ACCOUNT_BALANCE_CLUSTER table.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. On DEDJNLON screen user input a batch where credit the account with amount less than DQ amount.
2. The system creates amount block for DQ item and updates the respective tables.
3. On DEDBTTOT screen user deletes the batch.
4. On delete action, the system does not update correctly the STTM_ACCOUNT_BALANCE_CLUSTER table.
