Symptoms


User is facing an issue in View Bill Record Transaction in Trade Finance. It is failing and getting the error as "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." on UI.

 

ERROR

"System cannot process the request currently. Please try later."


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with corporate user.
2. Go to Menu ->Trade Finance->View Bill.
3. Search for records
4. Click on Bill Reference number of any record
 User is getting "System cannot process the request currently. Please try later." error in front end

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users is unable to use 'View Bill Record Transaction is Failing'
