Alternate Login Option With Fingerprint, PIN And Pattern Option Is Not Working Properly (Doc ID 2758519.1)

When attempting the first time attempt during login with FP, PIN, and Pattern,
the following error occurs.

Operation failed while being executed in the underlying identity store.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with an alternate option and set the alternate login for FP, PIN, and Pattern. (Make sure user has access to the mobile app)
2. Once set, try to login with an alternate option.
3. The error showing.
