ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FCDB Customers are not getting notification email.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

FCDB Customers must get email notifications.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to application
2. Perform one fund transfer
3. Check if notification email is received.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users does not get notification email
