in the manual cover match option in incoming STP queue, user is not able search based on field 21 on MT910.

in the manual cover match option in incoming STP queue, there should be a option to search based field 21 in MT910.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch OBPM.
2. Check Incoming STP queue.
3. try to manual cover match.
