ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Accrual Processing job processing closed accounts

The update statement in TXNACR_BJ_100_02.TXNACR_BJ_100_02 is picking all accounts from accounts table while the accrual job is processing accounts based on the following conditions(added where clause below). Need to have where clause be added in the TXNACR_BJ_100_02 job so that threads are evenly distributed and the accrual process is not picking unnecessary accounts for processing? Customer have over million closed accounts in production environment which were migrated from legacy system.
