Symptoms

On FCUBS : 12.0.71.2.0v,

When branch transfer for an account is done, the account publish notification captures older branch code causing error on validation when notification is parsed to an external system.

E.g. Suppose if an account got transferred from 001 branch to 003 branch then, the branch code in captured for notification is coming as the old branch (001).

The expectation is that the new branch code value should be populated by system as branch code for the notification.
