Transaction Disappears From Checker Even Before Grace Period Finishes (Doc ID 2759619.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Transactions are disappearing from the checker dashboard, even though the grace period is configured on 5 days for this specific party.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Transaction should be available on checker dashboard till the grace period get expired.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Bank has maintained grace period for their expiry transactions .

1. Initiate a transaction from Initiator .
2. Go to the pending activity screen from Authroizer. It shows expired transactions in the list .
