Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to locate/retrieve User Database logs in 14.8

When turning on the debug in Dev environment no debug logs were created.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should create the UI log file and it should be visible to the user from the screen

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into the application
2. Click on welcome --> user info
3. Select the "Debug Enabled ind" as 'Y'
4. Click on Save and close" button
5. Verify the file has been created under Logs folder

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Bank cannot use the UI logging feature to identify the issues
