Symptoms
Below error is observed on Payment Status Inquiry screen when user tries to view transaction details.

System cannot process the request currently. Please try later.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via a corporate or retail user
2. Go to Payments->Inquiries->Payment Status Inquiry
3. Search for transactions by reference number or by date range.
4. Click on transaction reference number to view its details.
