Symptoms



When attempting to create payee,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process this request currently. Please try later.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as Retail User
2. Go to payments >> Setup >> Manage Payee
3. Add new payee
4. Enter valid sort code >> Verify
