STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login in to retail user.
2. Toggle menu -> Accounts ->Loan and Finances-> View Statement .
3. Click on Request Statement link
3. Enter the input details and submit.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot place a request for loan statement.
