When the bank's user attempts to build the signed .apk file for the Android OBDX application in the Bank's UAT environment
the following error occurs.

Task: App: TransformClassesAndResourcesWithProguardForRelease Failed


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. When generate the signed .apk file from the Android workspace in the bank's UAT environment
2. Will see the error "Task: App: TransformClassesAndResourcesWithProguardForRelease Failed"

Due to this issue, users cannot create the signed .apk file.
