Symptoms

When a retailer/corporate user attempts to log in by clicking login by fingerprint/ pattern from the login screen in the Android OBDX application,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

The operation failed while being executed in the underlying identity store.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login by a retailer/corporate user
2. Click on the alternate login and selecting any option like fingerprint/pattern
3. Then log out.
4. Again try to login by clicking fingerprint/pattern from the login screen
5. will see the exception "The operation failed while being executed in the underlying identity store." on the Android device.
