Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Reason displayed blank while granting channel access for user from Admin
When Bank Admin user trying to Grant the channel access for the user from revoked status , Revoked status reason block displayed blank.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Admin user granting the channel access for any user whose status is revoked . If the reason for the Revoked status is available then it should be shown to the Admin user
STEPS
-----------------------
Simulation Steps:
Step 1: Log in into Admin user--> User Management
Step 2: Select User Type 'Retail' and provide User Name and click on search
Step 3 : After fetching the user details change the Channel Access to Revoked and provided the reason for the same and confirm the transaction.
Step 4: Again for the same user Grant the channel access from Revoked, While Granting the access Revoked Reason is displayed blank.
