TD Account created via web-service populates wrong relationship record

Information in this document applies to any platform.
For a TD Account created via web-service, system creates a records for Relationship with relation as "primary" (lower case).
When user tries to modify(amend) this TD, system raises error for Invalid relation.
Note: Account relationship record is created at CIF level.
