Incorrect Mod Number During Account Closure (Doc ID 2762463.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
During account closure, the mod number is increasing without saving the transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The increased mod number to be considered for the valid operations.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Close the Account. (Where mod number is 1 and system changes to 2)
2. System opens the transfer screen
3. Cancel the operation.(Still mod number remains 2)
4. Again perform the Close button (System changes the Mod number to 3)
5. Save the Account closure and verify the mod numbers. (Saves the transaction in Mod Number 3)

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform any other operation due to the incorrect mod numbers.
