ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Modify Working Window | Application allows to choose timings for wrong window type

If the working window type is "Closed all day" or "Open all day", application should not allow the user to choose the timings

2.Go to Working window maintenance screen
3. View an existing working window whose effective date is a future day. And click on Edit
