Lock / Unlock Toggle Button And Status of the User Does Not Change Even After a Successful Transaction From User Management in Admin Module (Doc ID 2763665.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
When Admin User tries to Lock any other Corporate User, the process completes successfully, but again the status remains the same. Also it is observed that the toggle  button also does not change

when the Approver sees the transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Lock status should change according to the action done by the Admin User. If a user is locked, then the status should properly reflect, and the toggle should show the correct status to Approvers.

STEPS
-----------------------

1. Login as a Admin User
2. Lock a user whose status is shown as "unlocked" while searching.
3. The status is still seen as Unlocked while again searching. Notice the toggle while approving, even this does not change

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, admin users cannot lock or unlock the users.

No change done to Product / hardware or Account causes this Issue.
