Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
For "View Statement" below issues are observed.

1) "Pre-generated", "E-Statements" links are missing.
2) Downloaded PDF/csv is having all records for current month instead of entered reference number.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
1) "Pre-generated", "E-Statements" links should be available.
2) Downloaded PDF/csv should have data pertaining to entered reference number.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Corp user
2. Navigate to "View Statement"
3. Enter reference number in filter criteria
4. Click on "Apply Filter" option
5. Click on "Download" button.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
1) User is not able to download pre generated statement & E-Statement.
2) Downloaded PDF/CSV file is showing incorrect data.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
