Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

System generates error "Record not found". while querying register through screen(LQSTRONL)

ERROR:

Record Not Found For $1
Error Code: ST-VALS-002

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Screen(LQSTRONL)
2. LC contract and although the system registered the Commission and moved it to LQ
3. When we try to query that register through LQSTRONL, System generates error "Record not found".
