Symptoms

When help desk user tries to initiate session for locker user, following error is displayed.

ERROR

Screen remains blank.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user.
2. Navigate to "User Help Desk"
3. Try to login on behalf of locked user.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, help desk user is not able to view correct message for locked user.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
