ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

PC - Entire PAIN.001 file rejected due to a single invalid IBAN


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

PAIN.001 file was not loaded on FCUBS due to an invalid IBAN in one of the transactions.
The file contained contained 360 transactions but only one transaction contained an invalid IBAN. Due to the invalid IBAN the entire file was rejected.
