Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A blank screen appears on the click of the 'Go to Dashboard' link in the File Upload confirmation screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The application screen should be redirected to the Dashboard screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a Corporate Maker.
2. Upload a file from the File Upload screen(open from widgets not from the menu or quick links).
3. Click on Submit and then you will be redirected to the Confirm screen.
4. Now click on the 'Go to Dashboard' link.
5. Instead of redirecting to the dashboard, a blank screen appears on the loading page.
