Goal
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. CIDACCNT --> Musharaka --> Provide total asset value and down payment amount.
2. On Save and authorize of the loan. System disbursed the amount.
DSBR Fires without collecting down payment. Bank wants to know how the functionality works
