Confirmation Screen Not Loaded On Edit Of Any Value In Authentication Screen. (Doc ID 2765316.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In authentication unable to view the Confirmation page on completing a transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Confirmation screen should be loaded after completing an authentication transaction.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Security-->Authentication
3. Select enterprise role as retail user, click on view
4. Click on edit, and change any authentication value
5. Click on save and confirm, observe that authentication screen keeps on loading
