ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Unable to view all the fields in user limits screen properly

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
All fields should be visible in the user limits screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Limits > User Limits
3. Fields are missing in the user limit screen.
