UI issues in API Consumption report

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Since we have Administrator, Retail User and Corporate user under user types, 'User Segment' option is suitable to be replaced with 'User Type'.
In OBDX Admin user type has no party Id so, When we choose User segment type as Administrator then automatically Party Id has to be disabled.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

a)Log in as Admin user.

b)System/ Bank Administrator Dashboard > Toggle menu > Reports > Report Generation

c)Choose Report Name as 'API Consumption Report'.

"User Segment" option is to be replaced as "User Type".
