ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Edit button is not working for user segment maintenance

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User segment maintenance edit button should work.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
a)Login as Admin navigate to 
 System Administrator Dashboard > Authorization and Access Controls > User Segment Maintenance
b)Enter the Segment Name
c)Click on Search
d)Click on Segment Code
e)The User Segment screen appears
f)Click on Edit
g)Click on Back
h)Click on Edit
i) Observe that edit button is not working
