Workflow Description Field Is Not Cleared On Click Clear Button (Doc ID 2765372.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Admin user workflow management screen, clear button not working.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Workflow management screen clear button should work properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Approvals--->Workflow management., select user as administrator.
3. Enter workflow description and then click on search and then click on clear.
4. Entered details are not getting cleared.
5. And then if clicked on search it is showing error on screen, please enter either workflow code or workflow description.
