Admin limits definition create screen not working, screen keeps on loading when clicked on back button.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Limits definition create screen back button should work properly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Limits-->Limits Definition.
3. Click on create button and then click on back button.
4. Observed that screen keeps on loading, and back button not navigating to previous screen.
