ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Spend category maintenance ok button missing on confirmation screen of create, edit spend category maintenance.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Ok button should be present on confirmation screen of spend category maintenance
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as admin user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to personal finance management-->Spend category maintenance
3. Enter details and click on search, click on any category name and click on edit, save
4. Observe that ok button missing on confirmation screen
and also ok button is missing on confirmation screen when a new spend category is created using create button
