Symptoms
On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support
While user attempt to upload BIP report files 'acrpmove' and 'mmrpcpcn' in BIP console, they were getting errors or failed to upload.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Upload 'acrpmove.xdoz' and 'mmrpcpcn.xdoz' via BIP console from reports in FCUBS 14.3 patchset version 4.3
