On : 14.3.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to query customer signature from summary view,the following error occurs "No Records Found"



Changes

 Fix provided to update the LOV query of LOV ID 'LOV_CUSTOMER1' such that it fetches the proper details of the customers.
