Not Able to Load Accounts in OBDX After Day Light Savings (DST) Started (Doc ID 2766407.1)

Symptoms

After the day light saving time started, when application is trying to load accounts on transactions like funds transfer the following error occurs in logs.

ERROR

RuntimeException thrown by a REST service. Returning HTTP status code Internal Server Error
org.joda.time.IllegalInstantException: Illegal instant due to time zone offset transition (daylight savings time 'gap'): 2021-03-27T22:00:00.000 (Asia/Beirut)

STEPS
-----
1. Login to OBDX application.
2. Navigate to Payments.
