Symptoms


When attempting to add domestic payee,
the following error occurs.

System cannot process this request. Please try later


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX application as retail user.
2. Click on toggle menu and navigate to Payments-->Setups-->Manage Payees & Billers
3. select domestic provide the details and click on add button, system cannot process this request error occurred.
