ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

STDCUSAC:Unable to view Documents uploaded

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to view the documents uploaded.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Query the account from STDCUSAC
click on Documents
Click on view.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
User will not be able to view doc.
