On : 12.2 version, Production Support-SET

Sequence out of range issue

We have issue with sequence out of range issue in FCUBS.
We get error when trying to create new card request in STDCRDMS screen.
Error is seems to be in one of the packages.

TR-20001- Sequence no out of range.~

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot issue new  ATM card .
