Hardware Requirement For OFSAA 808 Solution (Doc ID 2767033.1)

Last updated on SEPTEMBER 22, 2022

Applies to:

Oracle Financial Services Behavior Detection Platform - Version 8.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

Customer have upgraded from ofsaa version 804 to 808 and installed new module ECM(which is made compulsory after 805). Also They have introduced a new module TBML as well.
Now they had following batches to execute in 804:

AML EOD(Data ingestion, workflows execution and scenario execution) takes roughly 6-8 Hours currently.
KYC EOD Batch taking 2-3 hours daily currently.

After upgrading to 808 they have now following things to execute.

AML EOD(Data ingestion, workflows execution and scenario execution) takes roughly 6-8 Hours currently.
KYC EOD Batch taking 2-3 hours daily currently.
TBML EOD (Data ingestion, workflow execution and scenario execution)
ECM batch to convert AML alert in to cases
ECM batch to convert KYC assessments to cases
ECM batch to convert TBML alerts to cases.

Now this thing is as obvious gonna take a lot of time because 7+2.5 = ~9.5 hour is currently time of existing AML and KYC EOD.
Now time of TBML EOD+ECM batch to convert AML alert in to cases + ECM batch to convert KYC assessments to cases + ECM batch to convert TBML alerts to cases gonna add. This will take huge time and exceeds EOD time requirement.

Client question here is now that what should be the optimal hardware sizing in current case to reduce this EOD activity timelines.
