How to enable '-', '/','\' special characters in "Bank Name" while "Add Payee" (Doc ID 2767038.1)

When attempting to "Add Payee",
the following error occurs.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to FCDB Corporate/Retail Application
2. Go to "Payments"
3. Select "Add/Delete Payee"
4. Add a payee with Bank Name containing '-', '/','\' special characters

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

1. Customer who wants to add Payee with Bank Name containing '-', '/','\' special characters are not able to do this.
