On : 11.0 version, Production Support-CET

FT Contract Booking Fails with the below error. 


ERROR

FT-TAX1 : Missing Error Code
TA-99901 : Failed to Compute Tax
ST-SAVE-028 : Failed to Process the Request


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to FT Contract booking screen FTDCONON
2. Enter the contract details and press ENRICH


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot book FT contract
