RLUS_FRAS_PERIOD_RATE_CAP_FLR updates FCT_REG_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY.N_PERIODIC_RATE_CAP and FCT_REG_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY.N_PERIODIC_RATE_FLOOR by reading from
Investments records for STG_EMBEDDED_OPTION_SCHEULDE are driven based on V_INSTRUMENT_CODE and V_ACCOUNT_NUMBER = MSG/OTH.
Current rule logic works for loans but does not work for investments due to inner join on fct_reg_account_summary.n_acct_skey = fct_embedded_options_schedule.n_acct_skey.
The logic is expected to update the
FCT_REG_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY.N_PERIODIC_RATE_CAP and FCT_REG_ACCOUNT_SUMMARY.N_PERIODIC_RATE_FLOOR from FCT_EMBEDDED_OPTIONS_SCHEDULE based on V_INSTRUMENT_CODE where the
V_ACCOUNT_NUMBER = MSG/OTH
