Symptoms

MT707 Tag 46- System is adding additional + in outgoing MT707 message

Simulation Steps :
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a MT707 contract with tag 46.
2. Upload successful
3. Amend the Contract
4. In outgoing message there will be one more + added in the next line which is not required.
