When bank is creating an UP agreement with a customer previously created in Flexcube with a 38 character address,the transaction fails with error

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a customer with an address longer than 35 characters.
2. Create a UP agreement with the same customer created in the previous step.
3. After saving check whether system is allowing to create an UP agreement or not.

The issue has the following business impact:
