Teller Screens Are Not Working and LOVS Are Not Loaded (Doc ID 2769320.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.1 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to launch screens (1401, 1001, 1006, 9001, etc) the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Screens are freezing. LOV's are not getting fetched.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login Flexcube Apllication
2. Navigate to 1401, 1001, 1006, 9001 Screens.

3. Click on Execute query & fetch the record.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

Due to this issue, users cannot perform any Retail Teller operations.
