Assessments Not Considered For Case Promotion FCCM 807 - KYC

Post successful completion of batches(KYC, KYC-ECM), few KYC risk assessments are having N_RA_STATUS_KEY value as null.
All of these risk assessments should have been promoted to case and have a N_RA_STATUS_KEY value of 16. We observed that after the KYC Daily Batch, two Risk Assessments had their N_RA_STATUS_KEY value set to 13("Open" state) which is expected. But after the KYC ECM batch was executed afterwards, the two risk assessments did not get promoted to case, and their N_RA_STATUS_KEY values had changed from 13 to null. There is no error during the execution of these batches.
