Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

For Lease, Annual billing Account, Due Date Change override TXN is not updating Due Date as expected even though the transaction is successful. Also, REPAYMENT SCHEDULE for that account did not get updated.

E.g Current oldest due date is 12/29/2021. Posted (Jan 2021) due date change override transaction Next due date 12/29/2022 to 01/03/2022. System displays the next due date as 12/03/2022 suppose to be the old one 12/29/2021. Since we are already in Jan 2021 we cannot change the due date(12/29/2021)  to (1/03/2021).

Fix needed in 14.8 PS10.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
After posting the due date change override transaction from 12/29/2022 to 01/03/2022. System should display the next date as 12/29/2021 . Since we are already in jan 2021 we cannot change the due date for 2021 to 3rd Jan.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Search an annual lease account with billing on 29th December for current due and 2 subsequent dues
2. Verify the Repayment schedule
3. Post the due date change override to move the date to Jan. Date should should be before the current GL date so that system will consider second next due date to process this transaction.
4. Check the transaction result and repayment schedule

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot process the account with incorrect repayment schedule for annual accounts
