The application server goes to un-reachable/warning state and re-start is required to re-store the online banking services. This issue is particularly observed when push notifications are in use/enabled at bank and APNs server certificate is not updated.

Application server should be running in 'Ok' state and OBDX application should work seamlessly without any performance issue.
The mandate to update the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) server certificate triggered this issue.
