Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
While approving any type of transaction, the system takes a long time for the first attempt and results in 504 Gateway Timeout Error.
But the approval happens instantly for the second attempt for the same transaction.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The system should approve the transaction in the first trial itself.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
