Symptoms
When attempting to perform Adhoc International Payments with city of 40 characters,
the following error occurs.

International account fund transfer failed
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login via corporate user. Navigate to Toggle menu> Payments > Payments and Transfers> Adhoc Payment
2. Select International. Enter city name of 40 characters and fill in other details
3. Click on Pay. Click on Confirm
